The team at Door Pros would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to all of you who are on the front lines during the COVID-19 outbreak, including our medical personnel, law enforcement officials, grocery store employees, truck drivers, pharmacies, gas stations and restaurants, which are open for take-out and delivery only.
Door Pros also would like to thank everyone in our community who is doing their part to help slow the spread of this virus by staying at home and practicing social distancing when you must go out. An Added Precaution
We encourage you to take advantage of our free no-touch service call option, which is available at no cost to you. Simply call us at 760.360.9300 to schedule. Our technician will arrive and repair your garage door without any physical interaction with you or your family. When we’re on our way, you will receive a text/email notification and a phone call. You’ll be able to track your technician’s progress in real time on a map.
When we are close, make sure your garage door is open and stay in your home. We’ll quickly assess the problem and text/email you with our findings, including pictures (if that would be helpful). As soon as you reply with your approval for the repair, we’ll get to work.
When the work is complete, we’ll use disinfectant to wipe down everything we’ve touched, including the keypad, wall station and any remotes you may have left for us. We’ll notify you when we’re done, closing your garage door as we leave. For your added convenience, we’ll send a link to use to pay your bill online.
If we are unable to access your garage from outside, the technician will need to enter your home. However, please be assured that we practice social distancing and will do everything we can to keep you safe. Please don’t be offended when we don’t shake hands and quickly head for your garage.
